This new mixed use, residential / retail block was designed to complete the town center component of the Cloverfield TND neighborhood in the city of Chaska, MN. The block was designed to take full advantage of available view sheds and sight lines and to create new places for the community to share. This design serves as a preliminary schematic as the developer, the Central Community Housing Trust, works to obtain grant funding for the affordable project. CharretteCenter Inc assisted UrbanWorks Architecture with schematic building design, urban design and produced watercolor renderings.
