Client References: Marvin Miller & M.E. Barwacz, the Laurent Company
CharretteCenter Town Design, in cooperation with Nederveld Associates, 180 Degrees Design Studio, and Winter and Company designed a new town geared toward the sign language community on 275 acres on I-90 in rural McCook County South Dakota, 45 miles west of Sioux Falls. Peter Musty led the master planning during the five day open studio charrette. Jeff Schommer developed 18 unique street types. Peter Musty and Peter Harmatuck executed perspective watercolor renderings.
