This new mixed use, residential / retail building was designed as a gateway into Minneapolis coming from the east across the Mississippi River on Lake St. in South Minneapolis. It offers multiple residential options, incorporating both apartment and rowhouse typologies. CharretteCenter Inc assisted the Lander Group with schematic design, web based public design review and produced watercolor renderings.
