Forensic Analysis and Opportunities Identification - Jeff will immerse himself in a site and become intimate with it. His research skills will delve into the historical settlement and development patterns as well as current conditions. He thoroughly analyses an area, its public realm and private buildings to identify what parts of a community are working and what needs improvement. Jeff works parcel by parcel, block by block, street by street, with the aid of historical maps and records, census, traffic and real estate data, previous planning efforts and in-depth photo documentation. His experience in urban design and drafting of form based codes leads his to critically judge each component of a community.
Honest Information Sharing – Jeff’s dedication to quality urban environments that compliment the lives of the people who live in them has lead him to understand the need of thorough and truthful documentation of the design process.
