Client Reference: Tim Keane, Planning Director, City of Charleston, SC
Peter Musty was the design team leader for a city driven infill design charrette on James Island in Charleston, South Carolina. This city driven process and is the plan is now undergoing the city approval process. The new town center is called McLeod Village. He performed the site design and aerial rendering and has since performed streetscape illustrations. Peter also performed the above illustration.
